A safe treatment in times of COVID-19

We are happy to continue to welcome clients to our clinic in London. In principle, nothing will change in the coming period for the treatments, check-up appointments and consultations. Our treatments and physical consultations may continue.

Safe environment

We have, however, taken the necessary protective measures against the corona virus. In this way we can create a safe environment for both our clients and employees. On this page you can read all about it. Welcome!

Measures taken in our clinics

Prior to the appointment or treatment we will inform you personally about the applicable regulations. In general, we ask you to come alone. Upon arrival at the clinic you can disinfect your hands and we ask you to wear a mouth mask. If necessary, we have a mouth mask available for you.

Physical consultations

We avoid direct client contact where possible by observing the 1.5 meter distance and by taking a seat behind the plexiglass screens. We also work with fixed time slots for appointments, so that you do not come into contact with other clients in, for example, our waiting room.

Treatment

The treatment itself is always performed in a small team of 2-3 staff members. After entering the clinic you will have access to your own disinfected room. You will also undergo a COVID-19 Rapid Test prior to the treatment. This allows us to quickly and accurately see if someone is infected, or has been in contact with coronavirus before. Our specialists also undergo a weekly COVID-19 test.

Vaccination and treatment

Hair Science Clinic advises to keep a minimum of 2 weeks between the vaccination and your hair transplant. This prevents you from not being able to receive treatment due to possible side effects of the vaccination. In addition, your body is in the best possible condition for the hair transplant after the vaccination.

When vaccinating after a hair transplant, it is not necessary to wait several days before taking the vaccination.

Our medical staff will be happy to receive you in one of our Clinics or via an online video call.
