We are happy to continue welcoming clients to our clinics in London, Amsterdam and Maastricht. In principle, nothing changes in the coming period for the treatments, check-up appointments and consultations in our clinics. Our treatments can go on.
Safe treatment and working environment
We have – however – taken the necessary protective measures against the corona virus. In this way we can create a safe environment for both our clients and employees. You can read all about it on this page. Welcome to our clinic!
WE ASK YOU TO...
● Please, stay at home in case of flu symptoms and to contact us in time;
● Please, visit the clinic on your own;
● Please, disinfect your hands upon entering the clinic;
● Please, wear a face mask during your stay at the clinic;
● Please, keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from others;
● Please, take a seat behind the plexiglass screens;
● You’ll undergo a COVID-19 test before the start of the treatment.
● In case of a corona vaccination just before surgery, please read the below Vaccination advice
Our medical doctors will be happy to receive you in one of our clinics or via an online video call.
MEASURES IN OUR CLINICS
Before the consultation or treatment starts, we will inform you personally about the applicable regulations. In the first place, we ask you to come alone. On arrival at the clinic, you can disinfect your hands and receive a mouth mask to wear. Clients are not obliged to wear a mouth mask. The voluntary wearing of a mouth mask is of course allowed.
Direct-client-contact is avoided where possible by maintaining a distance of 1.5 metres and by sitting behind Plexiglas screens. We also work with fixed time slots for appointments, so that you do not come into contact with other clients in, for example, our waiting room.
Treatment
The treatment itself is always carried out in a small team of 2-3 people. After entering the clinic, you will have your own disinfected room at your disposal. Prior to the treatment, you will also undergo a COVID-19 Rapid Test. This allows us to quickly and accurately determine whether someone is infected / has been in contact with the coronavirus in the past. Our specialists also undergo a weekly COVID-19 test.
VACCINATION AND TREATMENT
The WHO recommends that in the case of an surgery or hair transplant, at least two days should elapse between the covid19 vaccination and the surgery. Preferably longer. That way you avoid being unable to receive treatment due to possible side effects of the vaccination.
Two weeks
Hair Science Clinic advises a minimum of two weeks between the vaccination and your hair transplant. Your body will then be in the best possible condition for the hair transplant, after the vaccination. When vaccinating after a hair transplant, it is not necessary to wait several days before taking the vaccination. For more information about the most recent guidelines, read the WHO website.
